PUBLICATION OF SUPPLEMENT TO BASE PROSPECTUS
Noteholders are advised that the Issuer has published the
Prospectus Supplement No.15 to the Base Prospectus dated 26
September 2016 (the Supplement) in respect of the Issuer’s Inward
listed Guaranteed Senior Secured Notes Programme on the website of
the Irish Stock Exchange at http://www.ise.ie. In addition, the
Issuer’s unaudited quarterly financial statements for the six
months ended 30 June 2017 (incorporated into and forming part of
the Supplement) will be available on the website of the Guarantor
at
http://www.goldmansachs.com/investor-
relations/financials/current/subsidiary-financial-
info/gsi/index.html.
The Supplement will also be available on request from Investor
Relations, 200 West Street, New York, NY 10282 and Rita Taylor,
