TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES OF BENEFICIAL INTERESTS IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”), Regulation
121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the Listings Requirements of
the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that AOE has received notifications from:
- The Stewart and Pat Shub Family Trust (“the Trust”) of its disposal of AOE ordinary shares, such that
the Trust now holds 0% of AOE’s issued ordinary shares;
- The Trust of its disposal of AOE “N” ordinary shares, such that the Trust now holds 0.99% of AOE’s
issued “N” ordinary shares; and
- Geomer Investments Proprietary Limited (“Geomer Investments”) of its acquisition of AOE “N”
ordinary shares and ordinary shares, such that Geomer Investments now holds 34% of AOE’s issued
“N” ordinary shares and 72% of AOE’s issued ordinary shares.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, AOE has filed the notifications with the
Takeover Regulation Panel.
