The Tsogo Sun Group Audited Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2017
(“Group Annual Financial Statements”) have been published and will be available on the
Company’s website (www.tsogosun.com).
The Tsogo Sun Group Provisional Annual Financial Results for the year ended 31 March 2017
(including the nature of the Independent Auditor’s Report), published on the Stock Exchange
News Service of the JSE on 24 May 2017, are unchanged and therefore the Company will not be
publishing an abridged report.
Shareholders are advised that, in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic
Empowerment (“BEE”) Act, the Company’s BEE Annual Compliance Report for the 2017 financial
year has been included in the Group Annual Financial Statements, and is available on the
Company’s website (www.tsogosun.com).
