RETIREMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised that Mr Obed Tiisetso
Tsukudu will retire as an independent non-executive director from
the board of Bell Equipment with effect from 21 August 2017.
The Company would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr
Tsukudu for the contribution he has made to the business since his
appointment in 2003.
