EXTENSION OF TIME FOR POSTING OF MOSEGEDI CIRCULAR
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 1 March 2017 in
which they were advised that Visual reached an agreement with the shareholders of
Mosegedi & Associates Proprietary Limited (“Mosegedi”) for the acquisition of 50.1% of the
issued share capital of Mosegedi in two phases and approval of an option by way of
specific authority to issue shares for cash. Phase two of the Mosegedi acquisition is a
Category 1 transaction and requires shareholder approval.
Shareholders are further referred to the previous "Extension of Time for the Posting of
Mosegedi" announcements, the last one of which was published on 11 July 2017 in which
shareholders were advised that a further extension had been granted to Visual to 31
August 2017 by the Johannesburg Stock Exchange for the posting of the circular .
Shareholders are herein advised that the audit of Mosegedi is still ongoing. All parties
agree that the draft financials will be available during the last week of August 2017, which
will enable the circular to be finalised and posted to shareholders on or before
30 September 2017.
Visual shareholders are therefore advised that the JSE has accordingly granted the
Company a further extension to 30 September 2017 to post the required circular.
