The Governmental Intervention Credit Event has been deleted from
the Applicable Pricing Supplement. This amendment is effective
29 August 2017 and has been agreed with the Noteholders of
CLN482.
The remainder of the terms of the Applicable Pricing Supplement
remain unchanged.
