Phumelela Board of Directors (“the Board”) wishes to inform shareholders that Mr Brian
Finch has resigned from the Board effective 25 August 2017 for personal reasons.
The Board wishes to extend its appreciation to Mr Finch for his valuable contribution
during his tenure as a director and a member of the audit committee.
