RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby
informed that Mr Dexin Chen has resigned from his position as
non-executive director with effect from 28 August 2017. Mr
Chen who represented the majority shareholder (Jinchuan Group)
on the board has taken other senior responsibilities within
Jinchuan Group that would require most of his time.
The Board would like to thank Mr Dexin Chen for his valuable
contribution to the Company and wishes him well on his future
endeavours.
