Amendments to the JSE Debt Listings Requirements: Project Bonds
The JSE is proposing amendments to the JSE Debt Listings Requirements (the “Requirements”)
relating to cater for the listing of project bonds.
The amendments along with an explanatory memorandum will be available on the JSE’s website
(Route: Companies & Issuer Regulation/Issuer Regulation – Announcements regarding Listings
Requirements).
The amendments should be read together with the explanatory memorandum.
We invite comments on the amendments to the Requirements by close of business on Monday,
2 October 2017, and comments can be sent directly to prelinim@jse.co.za.
