Resignation of company secretary
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 (b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that Ms Grace Chemaly has tendered her resignation as Invicta Group company secretary and legal advisor
effective end of September 2017.
The board of Invicta will commence the process of identifying a suitable replacement candidate and
shareholders will be advised as soon as such an appointment has been made.
The board wishes to thank Ms Chemaly for her four years of good service to the Invicta Group and wishes
her everything of the best for the future.
