APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Raubex is pleased
to announce the appointment of Ms Grace Chemaly as Company Secretary and Legal Advisor
of the Group effective 16 October 2017.
Ms Chemaly is a qualified attorney, notary and conveyancer with over 10 years’ experience in
the JSE listed environment. Ms Chemaly will join Raubex from Invicta Holdings Limited where
she currently serves as Company Secretary and Legal Advisor.
The Board welcomes Ms Chemaly and looks forward to her contribution to the Group.
