APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Further to the SENS announcement dated 22 May 2017, and in terms of
paragraph 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Karen Robinson has, with effect from
1 September 2017, been appointed as Company Secretary of Huge.
Mrs Robinson holds LLB and LLM degrees and is a Fellow of the Institute
of Chartered Secretaries. She was previously employed in the role of
company secretary by FedGroup, Gold Fields and Aveng. The board
considers that Mrs Robinson has the necessary skills and experience for
the position.
