Shareholders are advised that John Needham has resigned as a non-executive director of the company with
effect from 30 September 2017.
The board of directors of New Frontier (the “board”) would like to thank John for his contribution to the
company, particularly as chairperson of the audit and risk committee. The board wishes John all the best in
his future endeavours.
