Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement, released on Wednesday 30 August
2017, relating to the summary of audited results for the year ended 30 June 2017 in which the
final gross dividend of 100.80000 cents, with the election to reinvest the cash dividend in
return for Growthpoint shares, was declared.
Under the heading “Tax implications for non-resident shareholders”: assuming dividend tax
will be withheld at a rate of 20% (not 15%), the net amount due to non-resident shareholders
is 80.64000 (not 80.61000) cents per share.
