Integrated report
Further to Delta's reviewed provisional condensed consolidated results for the year ended 28 February
2017, published on SENS on 29 May 2017, the integrated report was distributed to shareholders on 31
August 2017 and is available on the Company’s website, www.deltafund.co.za. The annual financial
statements contain no modifications to the aforementioned published reviewed provisional results.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of shareholders of Delta will be held in the boardroom at the Company’s
registered office, Silver Stream Office Park, 10 Muswell Road South, Bryanston, on Thursday, 21
September 2017, at 09:30, to transact the business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting
forming part of the integrated report.
The record date, in terms of section 59 of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008, for shareholders to be recorded
on the securities register of Delta in order to be able to attend, participate and vote at the annual general
meeting is Friday, 15 September 2017.
