NOTICE TO NOTEHOLDERS REGARDING THE DEBT STANDSTILL AGREEMENT WITH NOTEHOLDERS
Real People advises bondholders that, further to the SENS announcement regarding the debt standstill
agreement released on 17 May 2017, the debt standstill period has been extended from 31 August 2017 to 30
November 2017 to provide the Issuer with sufficient time to implement the capital restructure.
Bondholders are further advised to exercise caution when trading the Issuer’s notes until such time that Real
People are able to provide further detail.
