CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
notified that, with effect from 9 October 2017, the board of directors of Insimbi has appointed Mr. André
de Wet as the Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. de Wet is a qualified Chartered Accountant (SA) and has in excess of 20 years of experience in
general management as a financial executive operating at senior level in various industries.
Mr. de Wet also has experience in the integration of acquired businesses from a management accounting
and financial oversight perspective.
