DISCLOSURE OF DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122(1) of the Companies Act,
No. 71 of 2008, shareholders are advised that Coronation Asset Management (Pty) Limited, on behalf
of its clients (“Coronation”) has notified Delta that it has disposed of an interest in the securities of the
Company, such that the total beneficial interest held by Coronation amounts to 8.66% of the total
issued Delta securities.
