DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No
71 of 2008 and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited`s Listings
Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that the Company
has received formal notification in the prescribed form of the
following movement in securities of the Company:
Toothrock Investments cc ("Toothrock”) has acquired an interest
in securities in the Company such that the total interest in the
securities of the Company held by Toothrock amounts to 15.24%
of the total issued share capital of the Company.
CONCLUSION OF OPTION AGREEMENT
In addition to the above, Shareholders are hereby advised that
that in terms of an option agreement concluded on 24 August 2017
(“Agreement”),concluded between Toothrock and Afdawn, Toothrock
has granted to Afdawn a call option to acquire 1 750 000 ordinary
shares, at 27 cents each, within 180 days from signature date
of the Agreement.
