APPOINTMENT OF DEBT SPONSOR
The Board of Directors of SuperDrive Investments (RF) Limited (“SuperDrive” or “the Issuer”) are pleased
to advise the Noteholders that SuperDrive has appointed Merchantec Proprietary Limited
(“Merchantec Capital”) as the Issuer’s Debt Sponsor, with effect from 1 September 2017.
The Issuer confirms that The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited, acting through its Corporate and
Investment Banking division will continue to fulfil the role of the Issuer's Transactional Debt Sponsor.
