CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS: RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised that Mr. Francois du Toit has resigned as a director of the Company with effect from 31 August
2017.
Mr. du Toit helped establish the Prima group which was later used in the formation and listing of the
Company. Mr. du Toit served on the board of directors of the Company (“the Board”) as a non-executive
director since listing in 2006. He further contributed significantly towards providing the company with
technical support and guidance over the years.
The Chairman and the Board expresses their appreciation for his commitment as director and major
shareholder and wish Mr. du Toit all the best in his future endeavors and the best of health.
