RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised that Ms Erica Johnson (“Erica”) has resigned from her position as independent non-executive
director and chairperson of the Audit and Risk Committee with effect from 1 September 2017. Erica’s
resignation follows her decision to take up permanent employment at a financial institution.
The Board would like to thank Erica for her valuable contribution to the Company and wishes her well
in her future endeavours.
