REDUCTION IN REDEMPTION FEES
The NewGold prospectus issued on 27 October 2004 (the “Prospectus”), stipulates in the “Creation
and Redemption Fees” paragraph on page 22 of the Prospectus, that the creation fees or
redemption fees (“Redemption Fees”) payable at any time may be varied by giving sufficient notice
to investors.
Accordingly, NewGold herewith wishes to notify investors of its decision to reduce the Redemption
Fees from 0.15% of the redemption value to 0.05% of such redemption value.
The reduction will come into effect on 5 October 2017.
