The CoreShares S&P 500 Exchange Traded Fund ("CoreShares S&P 500") and The
CoreShares S&P Global Property Exchange Traded Fund ("CoreShares Global
Prop") are portfolios in the CoreShares Global Investments PCC (A Mauritius
protected cell public company limited by shares). The Funds are approved
Foreign Collective Investment Schemes in terms of Section 65 of the
Collective Investment Scheme Control Act 2002. The Funds are managed by
CoreShares ETF Manager Limited ("CEM" or "the Manager") and are further
represented in South Africa by CoreShares Index Tracker Managers RF (Pty)
Ltd.
DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT - SALIENT DATES
Notice is hereby given that the following dates are of importance in regard
to a possible semi-annual distribution to holders of securities in the Funds,
for the 6 months ending 30 September 2017:
Last day to trade cum distribution: Tuesday, 26 September 2017
Securities trade ex-distribution: Wednesday, 27 September 2017
Record date: Friday, 29 September 2017
No transfers between the Mauritian and South African registers may take place
between Friday, 23 September 2017 and Friday, 29 September 2017, both days
inclusive.
Declaration of the amount to be distributed (if any) and the payment date
will be made within 14 business days after the record date.
