NOTIFICATION OF A SHARE TRANSACTION
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, Act 71 of 2008, as
amended, and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that the Company has been notified that Steyn Capital
Management Proprietary Limited (“Steyn Capital”) has acquired a further beneficial
interest (“Acquisition”) in the Company’s non-redeemable, non-cumulative,
non-participating preference shares (“Preference Shares”).
Following the Acquisition, Steyn Capital now holds a 9.09% beneficial interest in the
Company’s Preference Shares.
