CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that Mr Marcel Golding has been elected chairman of the board of directors of the
company with effect from 30 September 2017 in place of Mr Michael Krawitz, who has retired as chairman of
the board of directors and as a non-executive director of the company with effect from 30 September 2017.
Shareholders are furthermore advised that as neither Mr Marcel Golding nor Mr Michael Krawitz are
independent non-executive directors in the manner contemplated in King IV, Mr Patrick Naylor (who is an
independent non-executive director) was re-appointed as the lead independent non-executive director of the
company on 7 September 2017.
