2011, shareholders are advised that on 11 September 2017, Lewis Group
Limited became aware of the following:
- acquisition by Public Investment Corporation (“PIC”) of shares (acting
as an agent on behalf of their clients), such that the PIC’s total
beneficial interest in the company has increased to 10.619% of the
issued capital of the company.
