CONFERENCE CALL FOR VUKILE NOTEHOLDERS
Following the recent announcement and submission through your respective CSDP’s requesting consent
through the Consent Notice for the:
- VKE06, VKE07, VKE09 and VKE10 Senior Secured Noteholders to provide consent by proxy for an
amendment to the threshold of the Loan to Valuation Ratio (Group 1) of the Group 1 Property Portfolio
from 40% to 45%; and
- the VKE05 and VKE08 Senior Unsecured Noteholders to provide consent by proxy for an amendment to
the threshold of the Loan to Valuation Ratio of the Vukile Group Property Portfolio from 45% to 50% and
to include the market value of equity accounted investments to this calculation.
The CEO of Vukile, Laurence Rapp, and the management team invite you to participate in a conference call
where they will take Noteholders through the business strategy and the intention behind the request submitted.

The Consent Notice has been sent to your respective CSDP’s and we ask that you look out for this and respond
accordingly by submitting your completed Consent by Proxy to the registered office of your relevant CSDP
before but no later than 17h00 on Wednesday, 27 September 2017, in order for the CSDP to submit to Strate
ahead of the noteholders meeting scheduled for 29 September 2017.
