In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 (“Act”) and
regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011, shareholders are advised that
Lewis Group Limited has become aware of the following:
- disposal by Stonehage Trust Holdings (Jersey) Limited through its wholly owned
subsidiaries, Novatrust and STC International Limited, such that the total beneficial
interest in the company has decreased to 4.99% of the issued share capital of the
company.
