CHANGE OF NAME ANNOUNCEMENT
enX wishes to advise noteholders that as from 7 September 2017, the Issuer has changed its name
from Eqstra Corporation to enX Corporation and the parent guarantor has changed its name from
Eqstra Investments Proprietary Limited to enX Leasing Investments Proprietary Limited.
The reason for the change of name is to align subsidiary companies to the name of the holding
company.
