Amendments to the JSE Listings Requirements – Auditor accreditation model
The JSE has made amendments to the JSE Listings Requirements (the “Requirements”) relating to
the auditor accreditation model.
Pursuant to Board Notice 160 of 2017 as published in the Government Gazette No. 41122, the
effective date of the amendments to the Requirements will be 15 October 2017.
The final amendments to the Requirements are available on the JSE’s website: www.jse.co.za Route:
Companies & Issuer Regulation/Issuer Regulation/Announcements regarding Listings Requirements.
The JSE is working with its publisher to prepare the Bulletin to the Requirements which will
incorporate these amendments.
Please take note of the guidance letter on implementation of certain of the amendments which is also
available on the JSE’s website as advised above.
