APPOINTMENT OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange
(“JSE”), shareholders are advised of the appointment of Leon Rauch as Financial Director to the
board of Visual with effect from 1 October 2017.
Leon qualified as a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) and holds a B Com (Hons) degree obtained
from Rand Afrikaans University. His employment history includes approximately 15 years in merchant
banking where he was involved in corporate finance after which he moved into financial
management in the role of group financial director of Premier Food Industries Limited and MGK
Business Investments Limited. Leon also spent a few years at Afgri Operations Limited focussing
primarily on corporate finance related projects. The former companies all operate in the agricultural
and food sector.
The Visual board welcomes Leon to the Board of Directors.
