DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of DivTrax securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the quarter ended
30 September 2017. The distribution of 22.1479 cents per DivTrax security will be comprised as follows:
Dividend (local) (to be taxed at 20%)(gross) 21.3239 cents
Dividends Withholding Tax (20%) 4.26478 cents
Resultant net dividend 17.05912 cents
Dividend (foreign) (to be taxed at 20%)(gross) 0.82400 cents
Dividends Withholding Tax (20%) 0.16480 cents
Resultant net dividend 0.65920 cents
The distribution will be made to all holders of DivTrax securities who were recorded in the register on
the record date of 29 September 2017 and will be paid on 06 October 2017.
