Holders of CoreShares EWTop40 securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of
the quarter ended 30 September 2017. The distribution of 34.35068 cents per CoreShares EWTop40
security will be comprised as follows:
Dividend (local) (to be taxed at 20%)(gross) 9.79536 cents
Dividends Withholding Tax (20%) 1.95907 cents
Resultant net dividend 7.83629 cents
Gross REIT Distribution 1.03749 cents
(No Dividend Withholding Tax deducted for SA resident securities
holders)
