BOARD COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP CHANGE
In accordance with the JSE Limited’s Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Mr JH
van Niekerk will step down as member of Kaap Agri’s audit committee with effect from 21
September 2017 and will be replaced by Mrs D du Toit with effect from that date.
Mrs du Toit holds a BComm (Hons) degree from the University of Stellenbosch. She is currently
the Managing Director of the De Keur Group.She serves on a number of boards, including De Keur
Agri (Pty) Ltd, De Keur Landgoed (Pty) Ltd, and De Keur Marketing (Pty) Ltd.
Mr JH van Niekerk remains a member of the Remuneration Committee and the Nominations
Committee, as well as chairman of the Finance Committee
