NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that Niveus’ integrated annual report, incorporating the summarised
audited results for the year ended 31 March 2017 were posted to shareholders today.
Shareholders are advised that the integrated annual report and the annual financial statements
for the year ended 31 March 2017 are available on the Company’s website (www.niveus.co.za).
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Niveus shareholders will be held at
11h00 on Wednesday, 1 November 2017, at 4 Stirling Street, Zonnebloem, Cape Town, 7925,
to transact the business as set out in the notice of annual general meeting contained in the
integrated annual report.
The date on which shareholders must be recorded as such in the share register to be eligible to
attend and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 27 October 2017, with the last day to
trade being Tuesday, 24 October 2017.
