OF THE JSE LISTINGS REQUIREMENTS
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 (“the Act”) and section 3.83(b)
of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that Novus Holdings has
received formal notification in the prescribed form that Huguenot Finance (Pty) Ltd has disposed of
beneficial interests in the issued share capital of the Company, such that it no longer holds any interest in
the share capital of the Company
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, Novus Holdings has filed the required notice with the
Takeover Regulation Panel.
