Shareholders are advised that the Integrated Annual Report of Imbalie for the year ended 28 February
2017 was distributed to shareholders today and contains no changes to the provisional results published
on SENS on 1 June 2017.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders will be held on Friday, 20 October
2017 at 09h00 at the Company’s registered office located at Imbalie Beauty Boulevard, 23 Saddle Drive,
Woodmead, 2191.
