EXERCISE OF EQUITY OPTIONS BY AN ASSOCIATE OF A DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.74 (both inclusive) of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 25 September 2015 wherein
shareholders were advised that, Tactical Software Systems Proprietary Limited, an associate of a director of
the Company, had entered into a ‘purchase of put options off market’. The “purchase of put options” was
settled off-market on 20 September 2017, resulting in the delivery of 89 286 shares at a put strike of
R153.60.
