AVAILABILITY OF BEE CERTIFICATE

With regard to the audited results for the year ended 30 June
2017, shareholders are advised that the annual financial
statements will be distributed to shareholders today, 29 September
2017 and contain no modifications to the audited results which
were published on SENS on 12 September 2017.
Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Comair
shareholders will be held on Tuesday, 28 November 2017 at Comair’s
Operations Building, Corner Fortress and Whirlwind Roads,
Rhodesfield at 12h00 to transact the business as stated in the
annual general meeting notice forming part of the annual financial
statements.

Record date to determine which shareholders are Friday, 22
entitled to receive the notice of annual general September
meeting
Last day to trade in order to be eligible to Tuesday, 14
attend and vote at the annual general meeting November
Record date to determine which shareholders are Friday, 17
entitled to attend and vote at the annual November
general meeting
Forms of proxy for the annual general meeting to Friday, 24
be lodged by 12h00 on* November
*any proxies not lodged by this time must be handed to the
chairperson of the annual general meeting immediately prior to the
annual general meeting.

Shareholders are advised that the Company’s BEE certificate for
the period 2017/2018 is available on the Company’s website:
