Shareholders are advised that eMedia Holdings’ integrated annual
report, incorporating the summarised reviewed results for the year ended 31
March 2017, has been posted to shareholders and contains no changes from the
reviewed results which were published on SENS on 24 May 2017.
Shareholders are advised that the integrated annual report and the
annual financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2017 are available
on the Company’s website (www.emediaholdings.co.za).
The integrated annual report contains a notice of Annual General
Meeting for eMedia Holdings shareholders, which will be held at the
registered offices of the Company, 4 Stirling Street, Zonnebloem,
7925 on Wednesday, 1 November 2017 at 10:00. Shareholders should note the
voting record date is Friday, 20 October 2017 and last date to trade is
Tuesday, 17 October 2017.
