This follows the SENS release on 28 June 2017 of Wescoal’s summarised audited consolidated results for the
financial year ending 31 March 2017 (“summarised results”). The annual financial statements forming part of the
Integrated Annual Report contain no material modifications to Wescoal’s summarised results.
Annual General Meeting
The notice of Annual General Meeting will be distributed to shareholders separately and a further announcement
