Amendments to the JSE Debt Listings Requirements – Part 2 of 2016
The JSE has made amendments to the JSE Debt Listings Requirements (the “Debt Requirements”)
relating to various items.
Pursuant to Board Notice 166 of 2017 as published in the Government Gazette No.41141, the
effective date of the amendments to the Debt Requirements will be 30 October 2017.
The final amendments to the Debt Requirements are available on the JSE’s website: www.jse.co.za

The JSE is working with its publisher to prepare a new service issue for the Debt Requirements which
will incorporate these amendments.
Please note that a guidance letter on implementation of certain of the amendments will be published
on the JSE’s website in due course.
