AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2017
Noteholders are hereby advised that the audited annual financial statements of TUHF for the year ended
31 March 2017 are available for inspection at the registered office of the Issuer and on the Issuer’s
website, http://www.tuhf.co.za.
Noteholders are further advised that, given that the payment obligations of the Issuer under Series 1A of
the Senior Secured Notes to the Senior Secured Noteholders have, as set out in the TUHF Limited
ZAR1,000,000,000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme dated 15 December 2015, been
guaranteed by each of TUHF Holdings Limited (“TUHF Holdings”) and the TUHF Security SPV (RF)
Proprietary Limited (“Security SPV”), the audited annual financial statements of:
- TUHF Holdings for the year ended 31 March 2017, are also available for inspection at the registered
office of the Issuer and on the Issuer’s website, http://www.tuhf.co.za;
- Security SPV for the year ending 31 August 2017 will be made available for inspection at the
registered office of the Issuer and on the Issuer’s website, http://www.tuhf.co.za, by no later than
28 February 2018.
