POSTING OF INTEGRATED REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL
MEETING
Shareholders are referred to the audited results and
dividend declaration announcement for the year ended 30
June 2017 released on 13 September 2017 and are advised
that the company’s Integrated Annual Report for the year
ended 30 June 2017, containing the unmodified annual
financial statements and notice of annual general meeting
has been distributed.
Included in the Integrated Annual Report was a notice of
Annual General Meeting of shareholders which will be held
in the company’s boardroom, Jasco Office Park, Corner
Alexandra Avenue and Second Street, Midrand, on 1 November
2017, at 14:00, to transact the business as stated in the
notice of the Annual General Meeting posted to shareholders
on 29 September 2017.
The record date, for purposes of determining which
shareholders are entitled to receive the notice of Annual
General Meeting, was Friday, 15 September 2017.
The last day to trade and the record date, in order for
shareholders to be eligible to participate in and vote at
the Annual General Meeting, are 17 October 2016 and 20
October 2017, respectively.
