CHANGE TO THE BOARD: RESIGNATION OF A NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Shareholders are advised that Mr Moses Kgosana has advised the Board of AECI (“the Board”) that
he wishes to resign from his position as Non-executive Director of the Company, with immediate
effect.
The Board thanks Mr Kgosana for his contribution during his tenure as a Director of AECI.
