Mr R M Kgosana has advised the Board of the Company that he
wishes to resign from his position as a non-executive director
with immediate effect.
The Board wishes to record its appreciation for his role as a
Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee which was conducted
with professionalism and dedication.
An announcement will be made next week with regard to the
appointment of a Chairman of the Audit Committee.
