CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – RESIGNATION OF CHAIRPERSON
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Master Plastics (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Ms Phumzile Langeni has resigned as an
Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairperson of the Board to focus on her business interests.
Shareholders are advised that Mr Thabo Mokgatlha, currently an Independent Non-Executive Director, has
been appointed as Acting Chairman of the Board with immediate effect. The process to appoint a permanent
Chairman of the Board is ongoing and shareholders will be advised once such an appointment has been
made.
The Board thanks Phumzile for her contributions to the Company and wishes her well with her future
endeavours.
