Noteholders are referred to the announcement released by Taste Holdings Limited (“the reference entity”)
regarding a cautionary announcement and a further announcement regarding the trading statement of the
reference entity (“the announcements”) on SENS on 29 September 2017.
In this regard, noteholders should consider the contents of the announcements when trading the FRD013 note
