the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that following Ben
la Grange’s appointment as chief executive officer of Steinhoff
Africa Retail Limited, Theodore de Klerk has been nominated in his
stead as alternate director to Markus Jooste, being a non-executive
director of PSG Group and PSG Financial Services.
Theodore has served in various executive capacities within the
broader Steinhoff International Holdings N.V. group since 2003.
The board welcomes Theodore and look forward to his contribution.
